Although we are Kaiser Medicare Advantage. It does cover us outside the USA. But if you move out of USA permanently you likely have to find some other solution. You might be surprised by how inexpensive health care is in other places.

I would consider New Zealand, beautiful country, great climate(s), very friendly people, english-speaking.
But there's no place like home, USA all the way!
