In need of help with Discovery

Our 2010 Fleetwood Discovery has developed raised bumps between the outside vents behind the refrigerator. Local RV dealer took pictures and sent to fleetwood but they had no idea what could cause it and said that since it was out of warranty they could do nothing. The RV Dealers thought was that screws behind the outer wall was trying to poke through. We paid $1500 for the dealer to grind them all down and see if there were screws behind but there was not. Again no idea why the bumps happened. They repaired the wall and with in just a few months they started re-appearing. There are now more than there was the first time. Again this only appears behind the refridgarator and between the two vents.
Anyone out there experience the problem or have heard of this. Is there a fix out there.

What kind of fridge? 12 volt Elec/propane or 110volt? Could be from heat. We had a bulge beginning to form over the water heater vent. Our RV repair shop built a little deflector per Fleetwood.
