At five minutes and six seconds after 4 AM on the 8th of July
This year, the time and date will be

This will never happen again!

Unless my prediction is wrong, I believe it will happen again. And I can tell you exactly when:

On the same day, in the afternoon, exactly 12 hours later.

Why can't it happen in the year 2209, 2309, etc?

Technically, it only happens once, because 4pm is actually 16:00:00. So, the clock will say its happened twice, but in terms of actual chronological passage, it only occurs once.
