Interesting one-wheel scooter

Might fit in a basement bay!

Looks really cool. A lot more practical than a Segway. Wonder what the top speed and range is?

Dunno. I think on the website it said it was goverened at 12.5mph because of city scooter laws. I'd not want to go really fast on that thing.

Not sure about that thing but the Segway was one of the coolest things I've ever rode. All major cities now offer Segway Tours of some sort and you can learn to operate in under 5 minutes.

That's how I rode one. Segway tour of DC. Felt like ducklings following their mother. It was a lot of fun, and they are pretty stable, but I can see how one little IC could fail and it's face plant city.

I will say it is cool looking for sure.....but I'm a bit too old to try it. My bones are a lot more brittle now than they used to be. LOL.
