Yes, she is one incredible child who turned her suffering into helping others - the most healing and joyful thing a person can do for themselves!!! I love that little girl (growing up so fast as they all do).

I would love buy her pennies with double the value in paper money and use them for this:

Seems to me like poor management that you've never charged us for it. I mean, there really should be a limit to that famous Canadian Good Neighborliness.

I s'pose there won't be a water bill in the mail anytime soon, but you might at least consider threatening to turn off that tap if you don't get your power money.

Not all the water in the Columbia comes from Canada, there's still all the tributaries here in the US.
