Same idea with people. At the moment we are in the San Diego area. The average day temp this time of the year is 69* and nights average 40*. Lately it has been working hard to get up to 58* during the day and it was 28* this morning when I got up. I am a tropical fish in spirit and this is trout weather. I'm cold. (skip the wink. burrr)

Finally had about an inch and a half of white stuff, now slush since the temps have been above 32F the past 2 days. This is the first of the winter and I'm already in a funk about that crud, especially since I can look out of the window and see our 5er shivering

Here in Walla Walla it has been below freezing for a few days now and will remain that way till Wednesday when it will hit 36. But Walla Walla doesn't suffer from a lot of wind. So not to bad.

I used to live in South Dakota where they are one of the states that has a real winter and have had to work outside in -33F ambient. luckily the wind wasn't blowing that night. I have had to work on a missile silo when the wind chill was over -60 That was down right dangerous & very unpleasant.

Winter finally hit here this week but this will be the first winter the RV and toad are parked in the new garage away from all the snow and ice. All plugged in and nice and dry. Even have the generator exhaust piped to the outside so I can run it regularly. Sure beats seeing it sitting frozen and half buried all winter. Can't complain about the cold though so far as I was out on the Harley on Christmas day.

I too am in Walla Walla. You're right not unbearable but I'm more than ready to head to Baja.
