Were you BBQing your dinner?
Usually all I have to do for rain is invite a group over for a BBQ.
Only works if you have more people, invited, than you can get inside the house.

Got a few clouds coming in and may have some showers tonight, but has been pretty dry on Vancouver Island since June.

We left central Florida in mid June, and it started to rain as we went north on I95. It rained every day and most nights for three weeks. When we got to Marion, NC the madness mostly stopped for a few days. Going north through West Virginia we had rain all the way into Ohio. It's nice here, but COOL.
Crazy weather this year.

We've gone from no rain in July , to more than average for the month already in Aug; with 2 weeks to go . Long range says drying trend starts Tues.
Hopefully the rain moves over to the places that really need it.
