Friday's here again, at least for us working stiffs. Tonight it's Glenfidduch Single Malt Distillery Edition 102 proof. Had about 3 glasses and I feel fine.

Tonight it's Manhattans. I think that I make some of the best, if I may be so bold. Started out with some Ribs from the local cookery, and then backed it up with the drinks. Feeling pretty good right now. So what are you drinking?

Have you ever made Burbon Manhattan's. Very smooth but be careful they tend to sneak up on you.

Tonight I'll probably finish off the last of my bottle of Lismore Single Malt - a no-name, undated libation available at Trader Joe's. It reasonably priced for a single malt - about $16 - and is from the Speyside area, but nobody is taking credit for it so it remains anonymous. Overall it's a good single malt that does well as a daily drink - the price certainly helps!

Bourbon or Rye is all I use. Tonight it was Michters Rye Whiskey. And sneak up on me? They're already here!

So far, Minute Maid Apple Juice.

Time to revive this thread! Tonight it's Dogfish Head 120 minute IPA, aged from 11/2009. For those unfamiliar it's a Belgian Quad style beer, but a little sweeter and 20% ABV. One and done!
