They are some serious winemakers. I brew one or 2 batches of beer at a time, and that is enough.

With wine, aging is a big factor...........it took us around 7 years of making, bottling, drinking it.......to arrive at the point where we have enough inventory(100+ bottles aging further) to be able to let it sit after fermentation and bulk age.........the red's have various kinds of "Oak" in them.
I don't think I have a drinking problem.......as long as it is sitting there
I am thinking if that closet was empty........I would have a problem.........

Well, Harvey's in the driveway getting spruced up after his new fan clutch and air dryer. A couple more weeks and we're there! And on topic, with a case of Homebrew Russian Imperial Stout and Czech Pilsner too!

Just got back from GC 1.2 and unpacked & cleaned the MH. Tonight, it's relaxing with Mohitos.

I just finished making a pot of ice tea and poured myself a tall glass! (For you southerners - it is not sweet tea)

Years ago when I was in GA, I ordered tea not realizing that it would be 10% tea and 90% sugar. I just about died with the first taste. When I asked if they had unsweetened tea, the look I got coulda killed. LOL. I got the same look when I ordered fry sauce for my fries too.
