It's a dipping sauce for the fries, a mixture of ketchup & mayo. It's really good.

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

Lori-

I really like mayo on fries. First time I had it was in Belgium when I was in the Army. I was a hill billy from the East Tennessee mountains and saw & ate lots of things for the first time in those days.

Back to the old staple last night, Blue Coat Gin & Tonic. It's one of the best gins I have ever tried.

Tonight it's Advil, muscle relaxers & water. Kind of over did it on the bicycle today.

Yeah, I have Scotch Ale going now. Just done the primary fermentation and ready to be racked into the secondary fermenter. 4 more weeks and it will be ready to bottle. 4 more weeks after that it will be ready to drink.
