Last night was Mexican Fiesta night at our hotel in Cancun. I seem to remember starting with Margaritas, working through quite a few Mohitos and then finishing with a tumbler of Johnny Walker Black. I feel surprisingly well this morning!

In the morning just strong black coffee. At night at dessert time it is coffee with jigger of tequila and jigger of kahlua.

Our christmas day drink was a French Grape Cosmo

- 2 oz Ciroc Snap Frost Vodka (distilled from grapes, not wheat)
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 3 oz Sparkling Red Grape Juice
- 3 red grapes frozen on toothpicks

Another one of my new favorites is Yukon Jack - JacApple. It's an apple infused whiskey and is very delicious. A little on the sweet side, but it pairs very well with apple pie, ice cream, as a sipping shot (chilled or not), or in a glass of Apple Cider

Last night it was Compass Box Hedonism, some of the smoothest Scotch I have ever tasted. Probably will behave myself for the rest of the week as New Year's approaches.

Water and HEB Diet Wild Reds. Cheaper and I will remember everything tomorrow - sometimes to my detriment. Had one very bad hangover 20 years ago and I was done. I'm a wuss that way.
