Wee heavy Scotch ale fermenting as we speak. Trying to get off an extract pumpkin ale for the DW before we depart for warmer climes. Usually do 20 gallons on my Morebeer sculpture but it is a little large to take in the MH. Love taking the MH south and getting away from the crappy winter in central NY but miss brewing.

I usually brew for just me since most of our friends drink something that ends in "light" and I like the big ones that make you sleepy early. Big Stouts, Belgians and used to do big IPAs but I'm kinda of getting burned out on them. A lot of my beers are something I make up on the fly and don't even write down what I did. Just a nice ale to have on draft. I gave up on lagers because I found that the low temps that are hard to achieve with big batch brewing weren't worth the effort since I prefer ales anyway.

It's a thing of beauty Larry. Nice clarity that is hard to do sometimes in that light of a color. Need to invest in a Pilsner glass though.

We use the Original Cock and Bull Ginger Beer most of the time but occasionally find craft ginger beers. Also use it with Amaretto and a squeeze of lime with ginger beer. The ginger and lime cut the sweetness and it's a great change of pace.
