This is my first RV and like most had no clue. The place I bought mine in Denton Tx lied to me big time. Charged me for work not done and the tires has about 5 more years left on them. They looked great but were out of balance. So the place were I park it has a list of approved venders they let work on premies so I called the tire guy to balance and front end alignment. He showed up and told me he would not touch my RV and I asked why. He told me the tires were 13 years old and original installed on this RV. I replaced all 6 of them and asked what about the spare and he said leave it alone because you will be just throwing away money. So he came back the next day changed the tires and front end alignment in 3 hours and he was gone. I watched him the whole time the 2 of them and they were good.

I'm going to try to not take that the wrong way

Besides, my biggest concern was eliminated today when my wife informed me she already knew the tires had to be replaced sooner rather than later. Seems she forgot to mention to me that the inspection tech had told her "Great coach, but it needs new tires now."
