We have been RVing since 1999 & I have been an Elk since 1972. I was just wondering how many others here are Elks? Let me hear from you.

No, I'm not an Elk - and I don't know anyone personally that is - but I'd love to be an Elk. I used to go to the Elks for bingo with my aunt in my younger days . . . attended some dances and other events there as well . . . and they have WONDERFUL RV parks . . . . Unfortunately, since I don't know anyone that is a member to sponsor me and I'm never in one place for very long, I doubt I'll ever be able to join . . . . great organization Grayelk!

Hello Neil:
I have been an ELK since 2004.
GraciesMom if you or anyone else would like to become an Elk go to your local Elks Lodge and contact the lodge secretary and they will be able to assist you in becoming an Elk.

You don't need to know anyone in order to join the Elks. As Dave said, just walk into your local Elks Lodge and tell them you'd like to become a member. I'm sure they'll fall all over themselves to accomodate you!
If you are an Escapee, you might try contacting the Elks BOF and see if they can help you. It used to be that they, together with the Boomers BOF, held an Elk-A-Rang each year in Gila Bend sometime after they're get togethers in Quartzsite. They stopped doing the Elk-A-Rangs in Gila Bend and moved it to Ajo, I believe. What they're doing now, I don't know.
