Thumbs up Kudos to Progressive industries!

My Progressive 50 amp surge protector started acting up. I emailed Progressive on Saturday and on Monday morning I found this in my inbox:

"If you would like us to check it and repair it at no cost to you, then send it to: Progressive Industries 414-B Airport Blvd. Morrisville, NC 27560. You will need to put a note in with it telling your Name, Problem, phone number, and a return address if you know it now, if not put call before returning.

Thomas E. Fanelli, President
Progressive Industries
414B Airport Boulevard
Morrisville, NC 27560"

A personal response from the president and an offer to repair it free. Doesn't get much better than that!

Had a problem with our EMS-HW50C protector and made appointment to stop at their place on way down to Florida in October and met the owner "Tommy" and as nice as they are on the phone it was better in person.
Had some rain get into compartment an shorted out the meter transfer switch and cable ends. Spent about half hour repairing everything and said "NO CHARGE".
