Mardi Gras!!

Has anyone stayed at l'auberge Casino in Lake Charles in their parking lot? We are going to Mardi Gras in Lafayette and New Orleans and would like to spend a night in Lake Charles on the way.

I know they have some hook-up sites (back-in) but we will be towing and would rather just boondock in their parking lot.

Is this possible from your experience. And, is this a good spot to spend one night?

the only place we stayed in N. Orleans was the state park (St Bernards ??) Great place, short drive into the french quarter and if you go don't miss the D Day museum

I don't know if they will let you boondock inthe parking lot. The rv park is small, so you may have problems getting a space.
