We have tile in the bedroom so will see how that works. Do not get very many craps fortunately.

Told by my doctor to do leg (calf) stretches before going to bed to try and prevent leg cramps.

Zinc and potassium stoped mine. I had a bad problem for several years before my Doc started me on the zinc and potassium in a week stoped no more over five years now. Good luck hope you can get them to stop.
