They are defroster fans but we never use them. Not even sure if they work

Also if you point them straight back and turn on full speed they help your mpg!

Yes Sir, they are defroster fans and they are also the first things to loosen up and start rattling while driving down the road. Get rid of the self tapping screws and "Blot" them down (or up), Don't rattle any more!

Our first coach had them and they rattled and I can't stand rattles. When we ordered our next coach, we had them left off and haven't missed them at all.

We use ours a bit. Mostly to defog the windows a little more quickly.
