That's wonderful news. Our niece got a new liver about a year and a half ago and is doing really well. Praying you'll have as good an outcome. I can only imagine the worry and stress both of you have been under. I know you have healing to get through, but hope you also are feeling some relief.

That is one of the most encouraging things to read for those undergoing such a procedure.

Lost my mother-in-law to liver cancer (primary) back in early 80's, happened so quickly and transplants weren't so prominent back then. You and your wife have been given a wonderful gift from this young person, wishing nothing but happiness and longevity moving forwards for you both.

Just like blood, you have it in you to give, become a donor
