Last night Reggie our little dog died. He died in his sleep and had been a little sick for a while, he was with us for 15 years. He did love to camp just start the MH and he was the first at the door.He will be missed as I won't have anyone to yell at for being underfoot. We were lucky to be home as a storm had went through and we had to clean a big oak tree out of the yard. He did die in the MH as we had no power and I ran the Generater to keep the home freezer going so we slept in it as we had the AC running because we had no power. He died where he loved to be and that is comforting to us.

I certainly can sympathize with your loss. A pet is really more than just an animal. I've been in your shoes so when I say "I'm sorry" it's from the heart....

So sorry for your loss. We went thru the ordeal last Dec. but had to put ours down which is real hard. I wish he could have just gone in his sleep as well. Time will heal. Remember all the good times and fun you had. Again hang in there and best wishes to you.

My sympathy for your loss . . . over the years, I've made 4 trips to the vet (2 for my dogs, 2 for my GF's) to put them to sleep when it was obvious they were in pain and nothing could be done. Hardest trips I've ever made!

The 2 dogs we have now love the RV. When their time comes, I too would be comforted if it's in a place that's special to them.

Imagine if each of us could live a full life and pass from this world while we sleep in our favorite place with the people who are most important to us... I hope he's got a toy poodle under each arm, telling about his amazing life of adventure, with the most loving family he could imagine: you.

Just to torment DW, I've often said that my last breath should be to spit out a piece of pom-pom. But I think not waking up in the middle of a road trip, alongside DW, might be even better.

Sorry for the loss of your friend. Losing a furry friend or furry child hurts, big time.

So sorry for your loss. we know what you are going through. We lost our schnauzer of 16.5 years. HE loved to camp and we think of him every time we use the RV.

Just be sure and remember him for all of the great times you had together.

We're so sorry for your loss. We don't have pets now but I well remember the pain we felt when our previous pets died. God bless!

So very sorry to hear of your loss----15 years does not seem enough when the time comes----we understand completely and also know that time will heal a broken heart and preserve the memories as well---peace.

As others have said sorry for your loss. Each pet is special in their own way. We are fortunate that they choose to be such great companions.
