Our Reggie is 15 and really starting to show his age. He still has sporatic moments of greatness when the GK's are around but then he sleeps for 3 days. When our Snug,s died I and the DW both cried, I said look at us it's just a dog but not just any dog he was our dog and a family member that helped the kids grow up by having a friend no matter what.I don't know how I will react when Reggie passes on but we will cross that bridge when it comes. I am truly sorry for your loss because I know how you feel.

Sorry for your lose, I bought my motorhome for my little girl. She has gotten me out of the house. We have been in 49 states and 2 provinces. If we could drive to Hawaii we would go there. She gets me out for two walks a day and the doctor likes that. She hogs the queen size bed. If my dog isn't welcome I done go there. Our pets are our lives. They give us so much and ask for so little. A little love go a long way with them.

Our thoughts go out to you both. We have our two dogs, Lucy & Eddie, with us when we go camping and when that time comes they will be missed forever. So sorry to hear about your family friend.
