He may have heard the squirrl say " I think I will eat one and store the other". That would justify his drastic action.

Maybe the squrrel took off with his beer.

Now that would really add insult to injury.

Hooo, boy!!!

This is too funny!! Our local news radio station (WTOP) has a "Knuckleheads in the News" feature every Monday morning during drive time. They read three stories and listeners are supposed to go to their website and vote. It's always a hard choice (can't vote from work) among the offerings.

Recently, they had a story during the week about a pilot who got himself locked in the head. Yup, there was an unscheduled landing for an urgent repair.

Sorry Ralphie, but in order to "win" a Darwin Award you have to die of some act of stupidity perpetuated by your own hand. This guy survived! He may qualify for the "Hold my beer and watch this." award though.

Reminds me of when I was a kid, the next door neighbor was cleaning his shotgun. Used his big toe (can u see where this is going?) to hold the end of the gun. Gun was loaded, then it wasn't, then there was no toe....
