I put a deposit on a new travel trailer at Camping World. About (after i had called 3x ) a week later they said no can do on what they promised and i would have to wait about 2 months to get the trailer. I emailed Mr. Lemonis and others at the corp. office and never heard anything from anybody. He sucks.

Just curious, but are there any other companies, corporations, etc out there that it is a necessity to contact the CEO in charge of said company in order to get any thing done? Sounds like a very poorly ran organization with no delegation of authority. Maybe I could contact the CEO of Ford Motor Co. to get that darned rattle fixed in my pickup instead on the service manager of the local agency. Anyone know how to contact him? Just being sarcastic of course...........

Mike did you get your money back?

I'm sure there are some major issues with him being contacted by thousands of customers across the country. I cannot imagine how he could personally respond to all of them. That would be impossible for any one person.

Not defending anyone or any company....but it is impossible to have one person responding to what I am sure are thousands of calls/emails every year. That is physically impossible.

CW is a lightning rod for many things because it is such a big entity and all across the country, but I always say you are only as good as your worst employee....that sounds silly, I know.

He has a promise to answer all email he receives. As far as the money i gave them. They knew they had messed up and asked me can we give you your money back. I would think they would try to sell me some other T/T knowing i was ready to buy. I dont care how large your company is if you cant handle all good and bad things that happen you surround your self with people that can. It is called customer service. Ya he will keep making lots of $ and could care less what goes on behind his back. Loser!!!

I like the show and really like his approach and his philosophy "people, process and product" and focus on customer. I actually had a first hand experience with him on my first RV purchased from Camping World in Savannah Ga. I felt they were dishonest and did not disclose all know problems. These were some costly issues. I researched out his email address and sent him a long list of issues that L felt showed have been disclosed, also their follow up on fixing what they had promised to fix. He had one his staff to contact me and tried to resolve the issues. They partially compensate me. By then I sold the RV at loss, but I think if I had waited to hear from them the outcome would have been different. Even, I lost money, I still appropriated that he responded to my complain. My expensive lesson learned, "BUYER BEWARE", think again, if it is too good to be true, it is too good to be true!!
