I was getting similar messages earlier. No longer get it on my computer, but it has moved to DW's computer.

Bad Programming
Usually it's a case of bad programming behind a web page. A recursive script that does not clean up after itself, a runaway table allocation, or a hundred other errors.
But just for 'ducks' try deleting your browsers temporary internet files and cookies.
I don't know if it's still the case but the last time I was developing in JavaScript the maximum size for a program was 4K (4096) un-tokenized characters. But that may have been specific to the Oracle/Seibel platform I was working with. I seem to recall getting lots of these errors when it got close to that size.

On top of that
The bad code may be part of one of the adds, so you won't see it?
But it could just as easily be a flaw in your popup blocker if you have one.......
