He is one of the few (in my experience) dealers that cleans the RVs up. He charges you a fee for doing that. We had already paid someone to clean it thoroughly and spiff it up so we did not get that charge.
I might have been able to get a little more selling it myself but after two months of trying on Craigs List, the local paper, and several forums I had no luck. The dealer sold it in about a month. It was continuing to depreciate while sitting in our side yard and another winter/year would have dropped the price a $1000 or more so I am happy with what we got.
