SeaJay please don't go near the airport. Leave that to us Airdales.

As a fellow Port A Bote owner I thought you did pretty well just getting it put together and afloat. I am just happy YouTube wasn't around when I was first learning to put the thing together on the foredeck of a 38' sailboat.

Seajay, as a sailor you know that you must Holy Stone the deck to keep it up. If you had done so you most likely would not have had such an adventure.

Nah, it hasn't been stolen. I just moved it to the other side of the mangroves where he can't see it easily. He was running out of dry clothes!

Hi Willa,

Tell Seajay to hold off on that 150 Cessna. Carol and I will be down in your area next week and I would like to see him before the crash.

You know how hard that 6 hp on the boat was on ya ....... I think the Cessna 150 is about a 100 hp........... And a Sailor 1000 ft over my head with a single engine plane and the kind of luck you had lately .........Hmmmmmmmmmm

Is that a plain 150 ? First new one I ever flew was a 150 D and that was back in 1964....Sooooooooo if your lookin at a plain 150 its probably a 1959 or 1960 vintage.

Paul

Hey Wayne.......... Unusual timing on Seajay thinking about getting a deal on a fifty year old single engine plane and Willa joining the forum a few minutes later.........

Ok, It is very apparent that I am being ''ganged up on'' by a Marine, a Soldier, probably another Sailor and ''some lady with big brown eyes, a pretty smile, nice 'thingies' and a gooooooooood cook''.
I found my boat tied in a mangrove bush round to the north side of our camp spot. I was given a ''hint'' as to where to ''look'' if I promised to forget the Cessna. Willa said that I could fall out of a boat but an airplane was a whole different animal. With the boat I just got wet... (I'm a good swimmer)... With the airplane I could fall on someone on the ground and I can't flap my arms and fly very well. I want it understood that I am not a CLUMSY PERSON.... I just have some really bad luck with the new boat.

Anyhow, the weather has broken and it is a sunny day and me a ''Ms Smart Ace'' are going to the inlet for some Blues maybe. If I dont post anything for several days please alert the Coast Guard and tell to look East by South East of Sabastian inlet for one gray Porta Bote, Gray w/Black piping, 2 people on board (maybe)........

Be safe my friends and lets all pray for our troops to come home safe and soon ......
