I thought I would share it with you.
This is really her doing.
I'm in the process of loosing weight for knee surgery and this is her way of contributing.
I definitely will not turn it down.

She just wants to get you up and at em. There's a honey do list growing by the second!

Actually that looks great and you're a lucky man.

Please just whisper that!

I walked into the kitchen as she had the camera out. She had no idea I was going to post it on the Web. She was upset that the right hand side had the window frame in it.

Wayne..Congrats on having such a supportive spouse! Good luck with the continued weight loss & upcoming knee surgery. That looks like a whole lotta food for the nonexistent points that you would have on Weight Watchers!! Keep up the good work.

PS..tell her I like the window frame-it has some nice detail to it!

All that's needed to make that a perfect picture is a box of Krispy Kreme donuts.

Just as long as the donuts come with Scotch Tape.
With Scotch Tape (better make that Duct Tape,) I can just tape it on where I want it to appear, rather than it seeking its own level!!!!

My favorite meal is B'fast. BW alternates from Hot cereal (sometimes cold), bacon/eggs/hashbrowns, scrambled eggs & toast, toast or bagels (try a jalapeno bagel w/cream cheese and jelly), Bacon/egg/hot pepper cheese on english muffin, and Jimmy Dean Egg/sausage biscuit.

My first preference is bacon/eggs/hashbrowns but that is most mess to make.

yummy

Wayne...You better totally ignore the other two posts! Take a look at Post # 3 in this thread... It is a low calorie filling meal that is easy to do. I always make the veggie part up ahead of time & pull it out of the fridge in the AM. You can also add a bit of low fat cheese to give it a bit more flavor if you are an omelet type guy!

Looking at what you had for breakfast today....

Can I come over? (Kidding, too many miles)

Here is what I had:

Home-Style Scrambled Eggs

Yup.. I cooked, gave the wife a morning off

If I ate anything on that plate without some cheese or other protein my blood sugar would spike and I'd have to eat a horse within an hour.
Maybe a scrambled egg to go along with it.

I thought fruits were good for blood sugar.

Oops. I'll have to get out the BS monitor.

Wouldn't it be great if we all had the same metabolism? nobody had hypoglycemia or diabetes? Health care would be so much more affordable! LOL

Google something like "glycemic index" or "apples make me hungry" or even try this link Glycemic-index diet: A helpful tool for diabetes? - MayoClinic.com
There might also be something out there on the web that explains the difference in actual blood sugar levels and the rapid falling of blood sugar levels ( the delta) which triggers hunger in some people like me.

Nice picture though. Made me go grab an apple and cheese
