They'll probably get sued by the brand owner for showing it on National TV.

Perhaps they had an old Norcold keeping their PBR cold.

As, Jeff Foxworthy so aptly put it;
"You may be a redneck if.. you think the last 4 words of the National Anthem are.. Drivers start your engines"
Sitting here, at home, waiting on the Duals , is my redneck showing.
It's from the wind chill honest.

I know folks love to pick on NASCAR and such. And a few of the up-thread jokes are downright good.. But I'd just like to remind people that we have a lot to thank NASCAR for.. Much of the safety gear on your car or truck was developed first by Racers to protect them, This includes the rear view mirror by the way.

The racer who can get a few extra MPG out of his engine, has an edge over the guy who has to stop and re-fuel. (or carry more fuel).

These are but two things.

That said... A pace car flaming, provided nobody gets hurt, is kind of funny, Thanks to the O/P for this thread.

I have friends that are die-hard Nascar fans. I'm OK with watching a race with them. It's better then when they want me to come over and watch wrestling. I just never could get into that.

And, we have a local dirt track not to far from here. Those races are a lot of fun to go to !

And, it's a lot more fun to watch then Baseball or professional Basketball.

High school sports are a lot of fun to watch though. Those kids play there harts out just for fun and for the team. The professionals are just in it for the money.

I can usually count on getting a good nap on a Sunday afternoon when the race is on. There is something soothing about all that horsepower going in circles.

The sound of those high-revving small block engines might be soothing, but they don't compare to the sound from the 60s when they were running the big block 426/427/428 iron with dual 4 barrel carbs. Those things made the ground shake! I REALLY miss that sound!
