Never travel without duct tape

Went to Boulder City, Nevada to spend 4th of July with the kids and grand kids. Brought the flagpole and flag, but forgot the base that goes into the hitch receiver. So, duct taped the flagpole to the awning. Happy Birthday America. Long May you wave.

Don't forget wire ties, I have bags of them (all different sizes) to go with the duck tape in Grey, White and Black.
I wire tie the flag & pole to the ladder, I just have a 5 foot pole w/flag I like yours mounted @ the trailer hitch.
I also use the ties on the frame for the awning while underway, just in case it should let go in high winds.

Agree with the extra ties on the awning !!! I use 1" velcro straps on ours... Too many stories about them deploying going down the highway !

Don't have any details. These photos were taken at Apache Campground, Myrtle Beach, SC in 2007. I did not take them.

I'll have to say the own is patriotic, with the US flags duct taped to the exterior!

And don't forget, WD40 does a great job removing old duct tape adhesive.
