I posted a while back that we lost our dog Reggie after having him for 15 years.I said that we weren't going to replace him. Well I have been working long hours and when I came home on Saturday I noticed as I took off my work shoes that the dog dish was back out, food and water in it. As I entered the living room I was greeted by a little furry fellow with tail wagging and a glad to see you look. I was a little disgusted at first but he changed my mind after about 5 minutes of charming his way into my heart. After having him for a day I think he's a keeper. The DW is a happy go lucky person again and if she's happy then my life is happy so life is good again.

Congrats to you, but I still don't think we will get another. You should post a pik.

Congrats. The one thing we like better than photos of RVs is photos of fur critters.

He's not a puppy he's about 2 or 3, Kate rescued him from a shelter. It's a good thing because we don't have to train him or nothing its already done. I'll try to post some PICS. We need to get him a new hair cut and I think Kate is going to take him to our Vet just to have him checked out. He does have all his shots and is neutered ( ouch ) and we do have some Vet records on him. If the PICS come through you can see that my lap has a new laptop, and I have to hold my laptop to check out iRV2.

It is hard to get another dog after losing a best friend. But, you have rescued an animal who needs love and will give you love in return. It took my husband a long time to let another animal into our home. We adopted our Raisin and a new bond is formed. We've had her about 3 1/2 years now and even added a cat that was found in a trash pile at 4-5 weeks old. They make us laugh and they love us no matter what. Looks like he has really taken to you.

So, when are you handing out the cigars? All seriousness aside, congrats on the new furry child.

Reggie approves...
And so do Abby and Koda.
When we met, I suspected it wouldn't be long before there was an addition to the family.

Dogs give so much more than they ask in return Good luck with the new pooch!!

definitely give the dw a hug and kiss, mine brought harley home almost two years ago he is a rescue dog well he doesn't know that small fact of being a dog.
but it is amazing what a dog can bring to your life, heck we bought our rv partially so he can go with us.
enjoy the new family member.
frank,cricket and harley
