Sticks and Bricks house: water line leaking discovered in 2010. Damaged the structural profile of the soils under the house.....

Drought in 2011 caused the interior slabs to begin sinking. Walls pulled down from ceilings, baseboards you could put your shoe under neath between the baseboard and the floor, doors you could see through the top due to the settling, on and on...cracks in the exterior brick, over doors, door casings, etc.

Finally I got it fixed.

Ram Jack came out and started work Monday the 25th of November, that was my Thanks/Thanksgiving. 25 years ago they did the exterior (perimeter) piers in my house, so they still had the original engineering layouts and worksheets. They installed 12 new piers under the beams inside the house, 4 on the north side of the house, adjusted 12 on the south and west side of the house, and put 4 new piers in on the south side and 4 new piers in on the west side of the house.

All this work was completed by Saturday afternoon November 30, the carpet folks were back in seaming the carpets/pad back and the put all the furniture back in place.

Here is a picture/video diary of the work, including pix of the pups out in the coach. We had to camp out in our back yard for the duration of the work.....

I highly recommend Ram Jack Foundation. These guys know their stuff, they have a system that is the ONLY ICC-ES approved system in the Country. I cannot speak highly enough about them or their service. They were not the lowest price, but they sure were the highest quality and they've been here in North Texas for over 40 years now. Their 'Lifetime Transferrable Warranty' on my house now is a great asset. My sticks and bricks house is guaranteed not to move again, ever.

Here is a link to my pictures and videos of the work/pups/etc.....
