Not cleaning a roof

We're parked along side a beautiful American Eagle. With that being said, I went up on our roof to check a few things and looked over at the Eagles roof. I have NEVER seen a roof that bad. Not just black, but looks like mold all over it too. The slide toppers look just as horrible. Why would anyone let it get that bad? I'm not a neatnik by any stretch, but I consider our coach our home, and keep it as clean as possible. I just don't understand

Most of us who read and post on these forums, really are involved in the upkeep of our coaches. We have a desire to be knowledgeable about them. All owners don't share our enthusiasm. What you observed is one reason I think the trend away from the OEM installing a ladder on coaches is bad. Out of sight, out of mind.

They may be unable to climb onto the roof. No excuse for not having someone else do it though.
