One more item off bucket list

I'm too old to be doing this, but this fall I tried out the new zip line over Mexico's Copper Canyon, supposedly the highest & fastest in the world. There are 2, one is a high speed single run paralleling the cable car that lasts about 3 minutes, the other one is a one hour, 8 segment scarier proposition that starts and ends in the same place, but involves going over several side canyons and 2 crossings on suspension bridges with no sides ( there is a cable clip on to). It was a good job I have a healthy heart. I have zip lined before but never like this. It costs about $60. I suppose even with 300 ft you would be a blob of jelly if you fell, the only issue with this one is you would have quite few seconds to think about it.

My wife wants me to do this! Do you think she is trying to get rid of me?

I my younger years I have jumped out of perfectly good airplanes, splunked 100's of feet underground in unexplored caves, inspected coal mines 1000's of feet underground, been one of the first people to walk through the pilot/research tunnel from Kentucky to Tennessee for the now Cumberland Gap vehicle tunnel, climbed the top of the tallest bridges in this state, but I have never done anything as spectacular like what you have done! Way to go! My hats off to you.

I have heard that falling from great heights and loud noises are most peoples biggest fears. Mine is making loud noises while falling from great heights. I flat could not be tied and do something like that.
It looks like you would not have to worry about the fall killing you. You would die of thirst before you hit bottom.

Do they still have the train rides with your RV on a flat car through Copper Canyon?
