Oregon Health Insurance

As a member of Escapees I have a South Dakota Domicle. I also use the Escapees mail forwarding service out of Livingston Tx and used that address in 2016 to obtain health insurance with Blue Cross Blue Shield of TX. I am now being told by the broker of RVerinsurance that the only national option available for 2017 is in Oregon. What is the process of becoming an Oregon resident? Does anyone know of a mail forwarding service in Oregon?

Or has an income tax. Be careful and look around for a new agent, something doesn't sound right.

The way healthcare plans change and exchanges go under I would not think changing residency for healthcare eligibility to be worthwhile.

If you are not residing here in Oregon I definitely agree to stay out of Oregon. High taxes. But they don't tax social security though.

Thank you all for your responses. I was not aware that Oregon can make you pay income tax on income earned out of state. I do not want to pay income tax on my Calif rental to Oregon and Calif. Guess I will have to shop for health insurance in So Dakota or TX.
