Just because they take a test and pass it does not make any of them a better driver. What wouldl help is stepped up enforcement and stiff fines. Running a red light or stop sign should be a BIG fine as well as anything more than 10 over. Speeding a school zone or failing to stop for a school bus should be on the absolutely NO-NO list and hit them hard financially.

The problem is the LEOs are tied up with drug cases, shootings, rapes and murders. They do not have time to do traffic enforcement other than some radar traps.

Have fun out there....

Ken

Such is the case in AZ. As one who is neutral on camera enforceement, I would say to the naysayers who say they have the right to face their accuser. Then they claim the accuser is the camera. Wrong. The accuser is the person interpreting the subsequent photo and he/she is in court.

The photo shows time of day, radar/laser speed indication, drivers photo which MUST match the name on the registration, and location plus they bring calibration information to court.

With red light photos, they show the time of day, light status, driver, and picture showing exact location of the vehicle WRT intersection.

If you can show any reason for suspecting any facit of the prosecution, bring it on.

People realy upset me when they get caught speeding going 60 in a 35 MPH zone---they start yelling speed trap---wrong; they were speeding and got caught; PERIOD.
