Just a short note to let everyone that Ken did fight the good fight and yes slid into home feet first guns blasting. He past away January 2, 2016. He hung in long enough so that he didn't go on his granddaughters birthday. She worshiped him and he didn't want to spoil the day for her. He truly enjoyed all the RV forums and your friendships.
I don't know how to post so hope this gets through.

Like many, we too have been following this thread and were hoping for the best for Ken. When we read that he had passed, we went back and re-read all of the posts from the beginning. He sure did a good job of putting, in plain English, the feelings and concerns that folks pondering their own mortality would have. We hope that his precious grandaughter and all of his family are so proud of the honesty, humility, courage, and humor that he displayed on this forum while facing these issues.

Be of good cheer!!!

May he rest in peace. Anyone that read his posts was inspired by his humor, grace, and positive attitude. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and many friends.
