Post the last book you've read (Part II)

Since I can't reply to Part I because it's 285 days old.

When it comes to lawyer-type novels, Grisham is easy to read and hard to beat.

Pacific Glory by P.T. Deutermann
Historic fictional account of the Battle of Samar, World War II. Great novel although with somewhat stereotypical characters. The action sequences of the battle, where the light carriers and a few destroyers meet the Japanese fleet is amazing. Also available on Kindle.

I'm reading all the Tess Gerritsen books in order...the "Rissoli and Isles" series. Just finished Vanish.

"Grapes of Wrath"

Last time I read it was in high school, it's still a great read.

I'm currently reading The Following, by Dale Roberts, on my Kindle. I have two mysteries of my own out on Amazon, Big Lake and Big Lake Lynching, and am working on book three of the series.

Book 4 of the Game of Thrones series! I bought the first four books in a bundle for my Kindle app on my iPad and was instantly hooked. Not too pricey when purchased this way. Just paid nearly $15 for the ebook version of book 5. Ouch! But that's a real recommendation from me!
