Precious friend has brain tumor

We found out this morning that a precious friend that we met on the campground and have grown to love has a brain tumor. Betty Clark and her husband Joe live in Corinth, MS. While on a trip to Florida where their children live, Betty began having dizzy spells, and after several tests and an MRI, they found the tumor. She has had the tumor removed and is about to begin chemo and radiation in a Florida hospital. I ask all of our Christian friends to pray for Betty and Joe. I will keep you posted on further developments. Thank you so much!

I talked to Joe Clark today. Joe & Betty will be staying with family while she goes through the chemo and radiation treatments, which begin next tuesday. Joe says she is in good spirits and remaining optimistic about the whold thing. I think it would mean a lot to her if some of you would take time to send her a get-well card. Please PM me for her address.

Update- Betty started her treatments last tuesday, taking one each day. She is taking radiation along with a chemo pill. So far she has not been sick and they say that she may not lose her hair. She has a very positive outlook about the whole thing and has just turned it over to God !
Please keep praying for her. If you would like to send her a card, please PM me for the address. That would mean so much to her and Joe! Thank all of you for your concern and your prayers!
