Curious if we have any others that enjoy Blues and Shag dancing, popular in the Carolinas.

Had to look it up on Utube, didn't have a clue. It appears (to me) to be a variation of eastern swing dancing. I'd like to learn that.

I carry over 4,000 songs on my pc thats why I asked. Would be great to find others that may be interested. Its a fun dance and usually to 118 bpm so you don't spill your beverage....

I also love beach music. When I was between marriages I went to Shag dance class because I had always wanted to learn to Shag and I thought it would be a good way to meet women. One weekend during the class I went out with 7 women to a couple of dance clubs in the Greenville NC area to practice what we learned in class. It was tough work, but someone had to do it. LOL
