This is after we had to abort the plans for our first meeting back in November when winter made its first ugly stab at the DFW area.
Folks...personally this is most exciting for Sandee and I. Steve and I have some similar backgrounds and have been virtual friends from nearly the beginning of my time on IRV2.COM. Little did I know that I had hitched my wagon to one of the future co-founders of RVMdom.
While we have been able to enjoy an earlier entrance to FT rainbow surfing than Steve and Annie, when they hit the road they will be prepared to do it with style. I'm really hoping to be there when he hands in the keys to his S&B, fires up Bonita and ride of to...well...whatever!
Thank you Steve for sharing your experience and your encouragement.

Same - and Don and Sandee!!
We just got home after starting this day trying to get the grey valve replaced / leak stopped at 7:30 this morning. Been at it all this time and it's still not fixed. Bonita will spend the night in the cold tonight - and hopefully be fixed tomorrow. We shall see. We shall see. Camping World - your hit or miss adventure store. LOL.

Hey Warren - hunker down and stay warm. The happy meal seems plausible.... The nanny delightful..... The Valium relaxing - and the winning lotto ticket, well take a number and get in line...!

On Edit - all of those seem related or at least a little redundant!

#77 Welcome to our version of the rainbow. I've been through Minot a few times in summer and it is hot. Don't ask me to go in the winter because I too hate cold. There is a mini C happening in the Okanagan in Oroville WA in August 5th to 12th and you are invited. Register with the receptionist (Sarah) at River Oaks RV Park, 509-476-2087 and ask to be part of the Parker Group. See you there.
Happy Group Birthday To all.
I managed to get the potable water pump on Gracie changed out and working but all comments during the repair were not really said if I leave out the cussing.
I would like to go to Winterbego and beat the engineer over the head with the old pump. Sheesh it would have been a two minute job if he had of designed the install with about 14" more of the plastic pipe that goes from the tank to the pump inlet and the pump outlet back to the distribution Tee.
I'm a tad on the up side of 260 and had a heck of a time trying to squeeze my rotundness into that long skinny opening where all the plumbing is located.

Welcome to the RVMdom Coleen and Hunter (which rhymes with Hunger and may explain a thing or two).

Howdy, Sohapi #77, and a warm welcome to the rainbow and its crazy buncha mutants! I love that name "Sohapi". It makes me smile just to see it.
We are in day 2 of the "Great Radiator Incident". 8:00 a.m. brought the news that "It cain't be fixed." Who was surprised? 5:00 p.m. we finally got word that a new one is on its way from Ft. Worth tonight.
So now we can resume our efforts to obtain meat for the GC@CL WG&GE. We'll be settin' out hog traps tonight. Gotta get the bacon ...
Sohapi, y'all like bacon? It's not a requirement - unless of course you have a Jeep.

We're sad you won't be joining us at CL, but you'll get a second chance to meet a group of mutants this summer. Some of us who will be in the PNW will be getting together near the US/Canada border in WA state August 5-10. I hope that will fit into your plans.
Welcome aboard this fast moving, uh hmmm, I just don't know what vehicle would best describe RVMdom. Welcome anyway.

Wrote you back. We will be home but yo fish and me can and then we fly back to ND. Man that would have been fun!

It did reach 79 today North Tucson. Crystal blue skies, a beautiful breeze, 15% humidity. Better than Hawaii!
No kidding my fellow Mutants it was a day to remember.
