I suppose I will have to fall into the trap, take the bait and ask ... what IS Wayne's theme song? Might it be a clip from the old TV series "Wayne's World"?

By the way, were there musician mutants at the first grand gathering? Oboe, tuba, gut bucket trios etc?

Time for me to sign out ... just learned that there is a "Ministry of Silly Walk" and then sat through an economics lecture that is more confusing than an Alan Greenspam droaning. zzzzzzzzzzz

Man...this retired thing is a lot of work! LOL

I am finally seeing the light...I mean my new lights working. LOL It has been a battle fighting the MH's computer control to kill the daytime running lights so I can properly install my new HID/Xenon head lights.

FINALLY GOT IT DONE TODAY!

New headlights, new automatic generator starter, 2 day generator service, 3 graduations, 1 new grand daughter (8 days old now), multiple annual doctor visits for Sandee & me, Vet visits for Gunny & Thor, family visits, old boss visits, old friends visits, mutant visits...it's enough to drive me back to the road and away from "home". LOL

BUT...we have our 5 pm Japanese Steakhouse meeting tomorrow...errr...today. We look forward to that and if time permits a visit to your humble acreage in east, central Illinois to see the standby housing of your home on wheels.

AHHHH....but Saturday will be here real soon and we can get back to the rainbow and enjoy the journey.

See you for dinner!

Indeed there were musicians at the FEGC, including a fine blues band for our salute to Mardi Gras. As for the rest of us, we seem to have forgotten that detail in all the wild scrum of cookin' and eatin' and gettin' to know each other. A grand opportunity missed!

'Night again!

Don
No one tells you before you retired, and don't tell Steve.

Being retired is hard work. You never know when you are finished.

And

Most days I sleep until noon and I do it twice.

Good night all, and Moonrover if you want to hear my theme song, send me a PM with your email address.

What a day for a daydream
What a day for a daydreamin' boy
And I’m lost in a daydream
Dreamin ‘bout my bundle of joy

This was the chorus.
