I'm so sorry for your loss! Moms leave an imprint on our hearts unlike anyone else and she will be with you in your heart and memories for the remainder of time on this earth. Try to fill that big hole in your life with her sweet memories and know she will be waiting for you on the other side anxiously ready to catch up on what her son has been up to. Prayers go out to you and your family for your loss.

Not surprised at all bout that one. Unfortunately that horse is not a long distance runner. He almost ran outta gas in the last race.

The pain of loss is great even if it is expected. I hope you can find some comfort in your memories of one of " The Greatest Moms in the World". She left her physical pain behind, and graduated to the next level. Peaceful passing is a blessing.

If you want a real experience with mosquitoes, stifling humidity, and general misery, try tent camping at Galveston State park in June. It was not pleasant,

One of the beauties of this life is knowing where to not go and when.
Galveston State Park in June is the same as MN and most of the Midwest from Memorial weekend until hard frost.

Hey Dave - spent much time down there - and that's where I learned that all skeeters are not created equally. Galveston Island Beach Skeeters have a particularly "dart" like attack.
