Beavers are beautiful coaches. I'm envious... right up until I realize that I would have absolutely NO place to park it.... let alone the guts to drive it. lol

Hello all.

Well the last two days have been busy, between my brother and middle son and myself we have managed to almost fill a 30 yard dumpster with the stuff my dad just couldn't throw away we are sore and tired and have his shop to tackle today. Anyway with the dense fog we can almost be unseen two days of pouring rain have made this a miserable job.

Travel Safe one and all !!

Jeff, I think the saving and never throwing all came from the era our parents grew up in. Everything was saved and used or saved and re-purposed.
The last time I was out in my Dads shop, I found 6 big coffee cans of somewhat straightened nails waiting for re-use!

We have the same daunting cleaning out task to do now what my Mom has passed.

Jeff and Les,

My brothers and I faced the same "save everything" mentality when we moved my Dad and his wife into Assisted Living. That Depression Era mentality they grew up with never let them throw away anything "useful". They paid a moving company to pack and move them and we found an amazing collection of fast food napkins, plastic margarine containers and twist ties. I unpacked the kitchen. The boys did the garage stuff.

Did you make those tube steaks?

Keep Hippeys in mind when you get to Lancaster County.

Yes, my first attempt at venison summer sausage! Had planned to bring some to the GC but thought the wildlife night had been changed to grilling night! Oh well, every night seemed to be pretty wild!

Who Knew

WOW I am so surprised at how beautiful ND really is! Between all the beautiful green fields and the blooming Canola fields it simply amazing!

I don't think with out our RV we would see so many beautiful sites! We have always traveled a lot, but when flying we didn't see anything really. With work we are in towns usually and just kind of in the mode of getting work done - and the hotels didn't really have great views either. Another building.......

I was trying to upload pictures but the internet here is sketchy and doesn't seem to want to upload pics.
