Ya know, this is why, when I think international cuisine I always think Arkansas and Tennessee.

I forgot the required menu boasts on this thread. Tuesday evening I BBQ'd a Sockeye that was alive about an hour before it hit my grill. Forgot to take pictures again so it must not have happened. I promise to again not take pictures when we do it with a Spring (King) or an Atlantic. If you never see the evidence then it didn't happen so then I don't hafta share with too many. Bwahahahahaha

I've heard them called rat burgers, as in made from... They have got to be the worst American fast food from a health standpoint. Greasy meat on white bread dinner rolls. I think the only people who like them are bottomless pit kids and the adults that filled their pit on them and now use White Castile burgers to remember those days.

Can ya tell I didn't try them until I was in my 30's?

About the removal of the roll up door and started building my back wall.
Plan is to build a 2 X 4 wall, sheet it with 7/16 OSB screwed down, inside and out. Then Install a 22 X 36 emergency exit window in the center of it.

Now I'm still wondering what to cover the back side with and how to seal it.

I'd had even thought about a higher quality version of T-111 siding??

I had though about standard oil base gloss white paint.

In the last hour I've been cutting out the old lower latch(welded in at factory).

I had 2 very artsy ideas pop into my head.

1 just put a very good coat of White paint on the back wall and then paint some
Roll up door seams across horizontally, bolt the hinges and other hardware back on including the handle and Latch . I could do this one on the cheap.

From a distance it would look like I Just installed the window in the roll up door.

2 Do the same with the smooth wall except,,,,,Take a pic of a Empty box truck and have a wrap (a big Decal) made from that pic. Now this would look really weird like the window was hanging in mid air
This one might cost a bit.
