Sue, I forgot you was part of the ski clan!

Help me remember, y'all was at one time going to Nation and now your not or was that someone else? I know Ginny and Jim had to cancel and Jeff and Marcia.

We were all set to go to National, but Martin's daughter in England really wanted to have us visit around that time, before the GD starts back in school. We haven't seen them for almost 2 years. Gotta go.

And THEN, Martin found a cruise leaving Aug.30 to ports in the Med and Adriatic, conveniently boarding in Southampton. Ohhhkaaay!

Hey, presto change-o! Wish we could be both places at once, but I've never mastered that trick, try as I might. It would have been a hoot to be a Curiosity amidst all the others.

You're still going? We will at least be represented. I can smell the bacon now!

Cheers!

You're doing very well, sir! Martin and I share the family brain cell, which probably makes me a halfwit.

You betcha, taking wc stuff! Plus spinning. Both make great conversation starters, besides being fun to do while traveling.

Did you journal your trip with paints? I'm so poor with landscapes that I think I'd make a poor journal, but it will still be good fun.

It's amazing how much better you remember a place if you've sketched or painted a place than if you've taken pics.

Cheers!

Excellent point! I'm going to try that next time I'm out. It might just be stick figures, but it will be great fun!

Fantastic! Please remember to share, cuz even stick figures can be fun. Mine are kinda dopey. I don't "do" people much and it shows!

For The Lady STM Baconaters

The ultimate item eh?

We were at the "Goats on The Roof" Place yesterday in Coombs BC and this 'display' was on the checkout counter. Now all our DWs can be fashionably baconable.

How about giving us a boost and put a bunch of suggestions in at www.rvmutants.com
There... did my duty. Suggested a place... not a campground or anything, just an area.
