Hello, Betsy!

My deepest condolences again on your loss. ❤️

I look forward to reports on your experiences with Matilda, and your journeys on the Rainbow. Your nephew must love his Aunt Betsy much to provide such fine help.

Happy Trails!!!

As you can see, we are quite an interesting bunch of STMs....

Been mutating the last 2 weeks in the middle of the Adirondacks doing a fair bit of kayaking -- Unfortunately the bills need to be paid so back to w*#k on Monday

Always lurking.......
My dad, rest his soul, was born in Tupper Lake, NY. As a child we would go there every summer to visit relatives and have a two week vacation. We were there a couple years ago and stayed at the Little Wolf RV park in Tupper. Quaint little place that just barely had room for the 40 footer. Most everyhthing in there was a little TT and they marveled at how big our MH is.

Oh Betsy, I am so sorry that you are now widowed. Hang in there! I've been a solo female full-time RVer for 3 years now. It takes longer to do everything because you must do 2 jobs.

You and Matilda will find your groove and never hesitate to ask the mutants for help. Do, though, be weary of strangers trying to help you back into campground spaces. They won't know your rig like you do.

As a whole, I've found RVers to be the friendliest and most generous bunch. Enjoy those camp fires!

I don't know. My Platinum F150 4x4 is pretty cushy! Nicest vehicle I have ever owned. I love the electric fold out running boards!
It's really quiet, smooth ride, has every option available and can do virtually everything I need. I haven't needed to do any rock climbing though.

Many do not need to go rock climbing, and that is just fine!
Some of us simply require rocks, plus a bit of dust. 😚 YMMV
A bacon snack too, of course! 😜 Thanks to Jeff and Marcia.
We DO bring Rocky, of course. Many relatives for him to talk to!
