Very beautiful touch!
You guys who have been married for years sure seem to have a difficult time identifying the nose ring. I was counting on you to help me with that.

Is not actual, young man. Tis virtual, and upheld by the court, per Queen v Sillyman 1827.

Re: GC site locations, during our mini-C on Friday, Wayne and I wondered if any FMCA regional clubs and such, like Texas Boomers stay at sites that qualify.

What is a good way to mine this data?

You have spent more time in mines and caves than anyone I know. I'm sure you will come up with something. If not - maybe the Temps can help....

Just looking at our old rack and thinking about modifying it to fit receiver hitch. I'll need to make it where it will miss the spare tire on my Jeep when I get one!

That is what Larry did.... Think Harbor Freight.....

Diane is the original FTSFM........... (Fast Talking Sliding Finger Mutant, #64) and is retired, duh!

This is just an observation... but there isn't much over at Rvmutants.com. Can you tell me if that is a Wordpress site? If so I have ideas.

It isn't. It is a Web.com site and I don't have the time right now to make it what I want it to be. Once I get retired OCTOBER 17TH and on the road full time I will get with you on your ideas for sure. Have a few of my own. Just too busy with other things right now.

Take the time and get the cub rolling and come down to RGV for the winter. We can make the site a winter project! Although I do want to get out on the gulf and see if we can catch some red fish - snapper and Spanish Mackerel. That would could be fun too!! ☺

I'll try to report on River Plantation

DW and I, 2 grandkids will be a River Plantation starting on Thursday of next week. We're there for 7-8 days. They didn't have too many lots to chose from here in late July. Probably more to chose from in late April or early May. Staff sounded friendly on the phone.

The price seems right. The sites look a bit tight but I'm not one to worry too much about site size as long as we fit. I will check out fire pits, pavilion, potluck/pitch-in potential, etc. and report back to this thread when we can.

The other CG (Anchor "something") seems to be a bit snooty for our group's way of thinking.

RV MUTANT Scouting Report anticipated. Report back via social media of choice and campfire smoke signals if possible.

What rack system do you use? Are they on there tight or do they move some? I have an old rack that bikes hang on and require bungee or ratchet straps to hold them and locking cable to secure them.

Found out there are miles and miles of roads at the Irv2 national rally so considering taking bikes.

Don or anyone else that can add comments here please do.
Hi Tim,

We use a bike rack that fastens to the spare tire carrier. If you tighten it up like you are supposed to if very secure and stable. I like it a lot.

Cheers !!!

Ha thanks Jeff, and a picture too. I have a old one I'm adapting to fit in hitch. Will have to have long tongue to clear tire but I think I have the scrap metal to cover that. Haven't seen one like yours, where you find it at?

Thanks Steve, with a bike rack looking like that, tailgating should'd be a problem! Lol

Afternoon Muteys!

Barb and I are having lunch on the bay at Bluewater Boathouse Seafood Grill across from Del Coronado Hotel. Food is excellent and scenery is even better.
