Not that there's anything wrong with that....
But he strikes me more as being happy and set in his ways.

Certainly sedentary!

He's probably very chivalrous in holding the door open for everyone.

We found him to be out of place as a rock with a rougher exterior than the very smooth rocks on Jasper Beach, Machiasport, ME.

A bit of an outcast there, he became our Rescue Rock.

We tried to look up his past, and only know that he had to be carried to that spot. We assume he was left there by the Fugawi Tribe.

Rocky is mute about the topic of his origin. But, "mute" is a large portion of the word Mutation, right?

Maybe he was adopted and it's a sore spot for him. Therapy might help.

Mort was always too chicken to do anything till we got him some help.

Don, I installed a stop cable on the doors that might be affected when sliding in, that want let them open high enough to get caught.

Good luck on the full timeing.

I went a step further on my previous coach. 3 doors under the slide had no stays so I had to use my head (literally) to keep them open. I installed gas struts, but then had the potential problem of the slide crushing an open door. So I wired in microswitches on the doors with an LED beside the slide switch. No green light, don't move slide!

I'm just pondering what cut of steak I'll have with my baked potato. Got up thinking bake tator, lots of butter, sour cream, bacon bits.........I'll think of Rocky all day.

Back to reality, DW just handed me a banana for breakfast, it's healthy you know!

Just add some peanut butter, two slices of white bread and fry the whole mess in bacon fat. Elvis lives!

Rocky and therapy...
Rock therapy? Nonono. Last time I had rock therapy, some folks were trying to rock me to sleep.

I'll put him in with the spuds. Let them keep an "eye" on him for a while.

You really have to be careful with therapy. Sometimes it has a side effect.

Mort is being treated for a sex addiction as we speak.

I can relate to that. Tough to walk past the hen house without getting "ideas".

Just checking in.
I am still here and still kicking above ground.

We thought we would be rambling the roads by now, but it is not to be.
Between Dr. visits for the wife, that is related to her open heart surgery this past Dec. with things the surgeon should have done, but didn't and the heat we are still here.

We lost out beloved "Clara" last month. She was 18 years old.
She was a Beagle / Cocker Spaniel mix, with the short legs of the Beagle and the longer hair of the Cocker Spaniel. Her bark still wakes me up in the morning.

Things should be straightened out by the fall.

Fall and winter in the South are not bad so we are looking to get going then.
The daughter in Louisiana just moved to a place on the river near Folsom with some acreage. She says there is plenty of room for the Motor Home. So we should be going there near Thanksgiving, baring anything else happening.

Cabin fever is relieved by day trips when possible, nothing like we thought we would be doing. RV microwave replacement and mainteance has been the addenda there.

Enjoy the summer.

"What a long strange trip it's been" is certainly true.
