Looks like a rock with a hole in it and a piece of salami shoved in the hole.

Holy Havoc Batman!

I leave you guys for a day or two and when I return this conversation has mutated to rocks and spuds? Lol we truly are a band of mutants! I find myself strangely entertained.... It's not just about rope lights anymore.

You guys are a sharp bunch. Close on all answers.

Meet Sven, the Swedish wine cooler. Sven, when placed on the dashboard will exit through a Volvo window in a panic stop, skip across the hood and enter the rear window of the car in front.

Sven sounds like one very talented guy. And so generous, too -- assuming that he was at least partially stocked at the time. Did he manage to survive his acrobatic stunt? And how did the wine fare?

I'd be concerned that Sven may be an alcoholic.

Sven probably doest drive but with a rim and hub and a little work he could be a wheel. From the looks of him he can roll with the best of em.

We pick up stray rocks on every trip. I will use them to prop open the bedroom door, which swings shut if the trailer is not perfectly level. I am fine with leaving them behind once they've served their purpose--no sentimental attachments for me.
DH, however, is a collector of all kinds of junk, including rocks, and we have a ton of them in the flower bed at home, each labeled with a sharpie marker with date and location. He hasn't started naming them yet, though.

Update--

We are at Cedar Hill SP outside Dallas this week with all 4 kids and friends to spend time at Six Flags and see a Rangers game.

Last weekend we stayed at a campground run by the city of Lewisville. It was small and not very scenic, but the people there were friendly, and most importantly with temps over 100, it had shade! The other option we had considered was dry camping at the softball field, but the ballpark had limited space and no shade at all.

Then we spent the week at our favorite local campground. It's become a routine almost--anytime we have been at a less-than-ideal campground, on the way home we will detour to enjoy a few days at Cypress Lake.

Even though we're not full timers yet, we have certainly spent more time camping than in the house this summer. It's winding down, though; school starts Aug 5.

Sven is rock solid, but he can't handle his wine once he gets on a roll.

Hello, I'm Sven. I've not touched a bottle of wine in sixty days. I drink from a straw now.
