Anyway the result was delightful. Some people may not care for the taste of coconut, but this meatloaf had just the right hint of that taste as well as being very moist. I hate dry meatloaf.
Think I would have added some Thai chiles and made Thai Meatloaf.

Was Mort mortified when you told him you sold the Dynasty?

I was afraid of that... Sparky would have a cow. If the coach is plugged in, shut er down. He'll come out eventually. Probably not by Saturday though. Good luck with that.

I've been in NM and now CO for little over a week. People in both places keep talking about how dry it is! Can't was the toad, can't hose bugs off the 40x, conserve, conserve, conserve. Was allowed to sponge bath the front of the 40x. Sponge bath a MH, can you believe that?

Did I mention its rain on us EVERYDAY ! Sorry, today it flooded. Like pouring piss from a boot.

A lot of people don't realize that the SW deserts get monsoon weather this time of year. I hate it as I can't run my evap cooler anymore... which more than doubles my electric bill. I know, I know.... B, B, B....

We like to wrap mallard Breast with bacon and throw them on the grill! Kind of like eating fillet mignon. Turtledove breasts are good that way also.

Picture this, 4 hunters in wadders standing in knee deep water circled around a boat, fifth hunter cooking Bacon, eggs, coffee in thermos waiting on shooting hours opening day. Now that's a real Duck Dynasty!
